San Marco dista solo 50 metri ed il Teatro La Fenice è a

L’hotel è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto, che in
treno o in aereo, poiché si trova vicino al molo di San
Marco no. 15, dove arrivano tutti i mezzi di trasporto
pubblico da Piazzale Roma, la stazione ferroviaria, il
parcheggio del Tronchetto e l’aeroporto di Marco
Polo.

il parcheggio dell' auto a Piazzale Roma.

Terrazza: All’ultimo piano
inoltre, è situata una caratteristica terrazza fiorita dove
è possibile rilassarsi e consumare la colazione nei mesi

Purtroppo, a causa della disposizione delle stanze che si
diramano nelle varie zone dell’antico edificio e sono
accessibili solo attraverso scale, l’hotel non risulta
adatto a persone disabili.

unique thanks to its proximity to the major places of
interest in the town; in fact, St Mark’s Square is only 50
metres away, and La Fenice Theatre is only 5 minutes’ walk

The hotel can be very easily reached, should you travel by
car, by train or plane, as it is near San Marco pier, no.
15, where all public transport means arrive from Piazzale
Roma, the railway station, the Tronchetto car park and the
Marco Polo airport.
