Storia: L'hotel Molveno nasce nel 1905 ad opera di un gruppo di azionisti con a Capo il commendator Osvaldo Orsi. Attilio Bettega, socio della SAT (Società Alpinisti Tridentini), diventa prima direttore e poi proprietario- gestore dell'albergo, contribuendo allo sviluppo turistico del poco conosciuto paese di Molveno e del suo lago.
In pochi anni l'hotel diventa un complesso capace di ospitare 250 persone e un'ambita meta per l'alta società italiana, tedesca ed inglese; ospiti abituali sono Antonio Fogazzaro, il re del Belgio, Umberto Nobile e Guglielmo Marconi.

History: Hotel Molveno was built in 1905 thanks to a group of stockholders. At their head there was “commendator” Osvaldo Orsi, whereas Attilio Bettega was a shareholder of the Society of Trentino Mountain-climbers (S.A.T).He firstly directed the hotel and then he purchased the structure, becoming owner and manager at the same time.
During those years Molveno was not so well known , but Mr Bettega gave a great contribution to the tourism development of the village as well as of the lake. In few years the hotel was able to guest as much as 250 people; it became a fashionable meeting point among Italian, German and English aristocraty: the writer Antonio Fogazzaro, the king of Belgium, the air legend Umberto Nobile and the inventor Guglielmo Marconi were usual guests in the fifties.
