Nell'alto del centro Cadore, una delle oasi più belle delle
Dolomiti potrete trascorrere una vacanza speciale: una
vacanza in un Hotel pieno d'atmosfera, ricco di comfort,

L'Albergo è situato in pieno centro del paese.
Ristrutturato di recente negli interni e nei suoi
particolari, arredato con uno stile sobrio ed elegante,
gestito a conduzione familiare già dal 1966.

disponibili 25 ariose stanze tutte recentemente rinnovate e
dotate di:

Servizi: Tre
ampie sale compongono la zona giorno: il ristorante, il
soggiorno e la sala Tv dotata di impianto stereo Dolby
Surround per
la visione di film ed eventi sportivi.
Ma se per rilassarvi non potete fare a meno
dell'aria aperta, l'Hotel dispone anche di
due terrazze, una davanti e l'altra, più tranquilla,
sul retro, dove potrete riposare tranquillamente.
Cucina: La
cucina è particolarmente curata, forte di ben 35 anni di
esperienza, improntata alla genuinità.
Alla mattina offre un ampio buffet; ogni giorno, dalle 8.00
alle 9.30, una grande colazione
ricca di specialità dolci e salate, compresi numerosi tipi
di cereali e muesli, croissants
appena sfornati ed una scelta di pane tipico.
Ai pasti il menù è a scelta, con un ampio buffet di verdure
(nei periodi di alta stagione).
Menù curati e sfiziosi, senza rinunciare alla forma ed
al benessere; su richiesta,
menù speciali per ospiti con intolleranze alimentari.
Se volete poi riscoprire i vecchi sapori vi consigliamo una
delle nostre impedibili grigliate
sulla brace, o il girarrosto, per riscoprire l'atmosfera
calda e sfiziosa dei paesini di montagna.
Servizi:
L'Hotel Centrale, infine, dispone di un piccolo parcheggio
privato sottostante l'albergo.
Per chi arrivasse ad Auronzo senza la macchina, non c'è
problema, c'è a disposizione,
su richiesta giornaliera, la possibilità di spostarsi sulle
piste da sci, in inverno,
o per piccole gite, a seconda delle esigenze con il pulmino
dell'Hotel.

Location: In

the traditional outer structure in tune with the beauty of

The Hotel is situated in the center of town.

spacious rooms are available and have
all been recently renovated and include:
- A private bath
- Television with satellite reception
- Telephone
- Hair-dryer
- Security box
Services:
Three large rooms are available for day use; the
restaurant, the living area, and the TV room which as a
Dolby surround stereo system for watching films or sport
events.
But, if you need a breath of fresh air for relaxing,
the Hotel also has two terraces a front patio,
and a more tranquil back patio.
Cuisine: The
restaurant is truly exceptional due to 35 years of
experience and it's genuine ingredients.
For breakfast we offer an ample buffet from 8-9: an ample
breakfast buffet of sweet and/or
salted foods along with various cereals, and freshly baked
croissant.
For lunch and dinner there are a variety of dishes to
choose from along with a buffet of vegetables.
Scrumptious menu items are offered keeping in mind healthy
living, and special dishes
can be made upon request for those of who require a
particular diet.
If your palet is in search of traditional tastes , we
suggest you order from one of
our wood-fired grills, or roasts-a true discovery of
mountain-style cuisine.
Services: The
hotel also as a private parking lot for hotel guests. If
arriving without a car, there is the
possibility of using the hotel van service for going to the
ski-slopes, day hikes or other necessities.
