Gli Appartamenti: Gli Appartamenti (160 moderni e confortevoli abitazioni) si estendono sul digradante pendio della collina e sono articolati in sei palazzine, indipendenti l’una dall’altra, edificate in tre differenti stili architettonici. La vacanza negli Appartamenti è a totale contatto con la natura: palme, vigneti, colorati oleandri, alti cipressi ed olivi donano una piacevole sensazione di tranquillità. Il Centro Congressi: Il Centro Congressi è situato in un edificio indipendente, all’interno del parco dell'Hotel Poiano. Alcune sale si affacciano sul golfo di Garda, con una bella vista del lago. Un elegante ristorante, un bar di alta classe, una splendida terrazza che domina il lago, una moderna cucina, ampi parcheggi riservati costituiscono la dotazione esclusiva ed indipendente della struttura congressuale.
