Hall: Spicca su tutto la collezione di zuppiere del '700
e '800. I pavimenti sono in cotto umbro fatto a mano di
Clarici, come ai vecchi tempi.
I lampadari sono di Murano, le poltrone Frau.
I mobili antichi, del settecento e dell'ottocento, sono
stati acquistati presso gli antiquari e trovarobe di
Spoleto. Il bar è aperto giorno e notte.D'autunno e in
inverno il camino è sempre acceso. Libri d'arte, riviste e
quotidiani in gran numero.
Camere: C'è aria condizionata primaria, i pavimenti sono in
cotto umbro fatto a mano e gli zoccoli e i soffitti sono
dipinti a mano. I letti misurano 180 x 200 cm oppure 200 x
200 cm, testate Frau, sommier Vefer. Le stanze sono
completamente insonorizzate ed hanno TV-Sat ( Cnn, Bbc ),
telefono diretto, presa internet e computer , cassaforte ,
frigobar , biancheria di lino Rivolta e Carmi-gnani. Camere
per non fumatori.
Ristorante: Un trompe l'oeil trasforma la stanza in una
terrazza con vista sui paesaggi umbri. Servizio da caffè di
Richard Ginori, esclusivo per l'albergo, con
disegno "Raffaellesca" di Deruta; posateria di Sambonet,
biancheria di Rivolta e Carmignani. I dolci, freschissimi,
sono preparati da noi.
Giardino: Nel cortile si può fare colazione, bere un caffè,
prendere un aperitivo. La lapide risale al 1602 e ricorda
un restauro della fonte.
Ci sono camelie, ortensie, olea flagrans, gelsomini,
gerani. In giardino ci sono solo gelsomini e rose
rifiorenti di tutti i colori.

Hall: The hall stands out for the collection of 18th and
19th century tureens on display. Like in times long past,
the floors are tiled with handmade Clarici Umbrian cotto.
The room features Venetian chandeliers and Frau armchairs
while the 18th and 19th century furniture pieces were
purchased from various antique shops and property-men in
Spoleto. The bar is open day and night, the fireplace
always burns during the Autumn and Winter, and a great
number of art books, magazines, and newspa-pers are
available.
Rooms: Air-conditioned rooms with handmade Umbrian cotto
floors and hand-painted baseboards and ceilings. Beds
measure 180x200 cm or 200x200 cm with Frau headboards and
Vefer sommiers. Each room is soundproofed and provided with
satellite TV (CNN, BBC), direct-dial telephone, Internet
link and computer power point, safe, minibar, and Rivolta
and Carmignani linen bedclothes.
Non-smoking rooms available.
Restaurant: A trompe l’oeil turns the room into a terrace
overlooking the Umbrian landscapes. The Richard Ginori
coffee set was exclusively designed for the hotel and
features Deruta’s “Raffaellesca” decorations. Tables are
dressed with Rivolta and Carmignani linens and Sambonet
cutlery. We prepare and serve our own fresh desserts.
Garden: Guests can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or an apéritif
in the hotel’s courtyard amidst the camellias, hydrangeas,
olea fragrans, jasmines, and geraniums.
The tablet dates back to 1602 and remembers a restoration
of the wellspring. The garden features variously coloured,
blossoming geraniums and roses.
