L'Hotel: Le policromie marmoree e le eleganti forme della basilica di San Marco esaltate dalla luce del sole si riflettono sui vetri dell’Hotel Concordia, l’unico albergo della città dei Dogi a trovarsi in Piazza San Marco, accanto alla Neoclassica sede del Patriarca di Venezia.

Le Camere: Le sue camere, in stile 700 veneziano, sono impreziosite da autentici mobili d'arte restaurati con sapienza, da broccati e sculture lignee tipici delle grandi dimore nobiliari, dove la luce è diffusa da vetri di Murano fedeli nello stile e nella lavorazione. La gestione dell’Hotel Concordia è sempre (da 70 anni a questa parte) della Famiglia Beggiato, ma siamo ora ad un cambio generazionale: la quarta generazione vuole puntare in alto, coniugare un’atmosfera familiare veneziana con un servizio di qualità ineccepibile e sobria raffinatezza. Infatti, con sole 58 camere l’hotel impiega 42 addetti tutti qualificati, più la proprietaria che con la sua esperienza più che trentennnale ed il suo sorriso rende l’ospitalità un’arte.

Ristorante: Le finestre dell’area ristorante “La Piazzetta” sono una vetrina su uno dei luoghi più scenografici e belli del mondo. Su di esse si riflettono i volumi della Basilica Marciana in cui il biancore della pietra d’Istria, lavorata in forme leggere ed eleganti, è interrotto dalle tinte dei marmi africani come il Rosso Imperiale e il Verde Antico. La stessa vivacità di colori potrà essere riscoperta nelle primizie e nelle specialità del menù, dove la tradizione italiana incontra quella veneziana: I tagliolini fatti in casa con astice fresco e pomodorini o carpaccio di verdure con mazzancolle al vapore. I piatti seguono negli ingredienti e nelle proposte dello chef il ritmo delle stagioni diventando veri capolavori di arte culinaria nelle tradizionali festività veneziane.
Lo chef è giovane ed entusiasta, la pasta è fatta in casa e la carta volutamente ridotta ma proprio per questo molto curata e fatta tutta di piatti sfiziosi. Ad alcuni fortunati clienti che occupano le suites con terazza offriamo la possibilità di una cenetta indimenticabile tête à tête servita proprio nella loro terazza godendo di uno degli scenari più belli del mondo: “La Piazza San Marco”. I clienti con particolari esigenze vengono accontentati con menù personalizzati (menù vegetariano, menù bambino, ecc).

Restaurant: The windows in the “La Piazzetta" restaurant are a showcase to the most beautiful and picturesque square in the world. They overlook the Basilica Marciana with its brilliant white Istrian stone, sculpted into delicate and elegant shapes, is dotted with African Imperial Red and Antique Green marble. The restaurant was inspired by these vibrant colours, as is reflected in the first courses and specialties on our menù, where traditional Cucina Italiana and unique Venetian dishes meet, such as house-made tagliolini with fresh lobster and cherry tomatoes or vegetable carpaccio with steamed prawns. The ingredients and proposals for the dishes chosen by the Chef follow the rythm of the seasons, and become true masterpieces of culinary art on traditional Venetian holidays.
Our chef is young and enthusiastic, the fresh pasta is always made in our kitchen and the small menu features carefully-prepared and truly delicious dishes. Those lucky guests staying in our suites with terrace have the unique opportunity to enjoy a romantic and unforgettable dinner served out on the terrace, immersed in one of the most beautiful scenes in the world, St. Mark's Square and the spires of the Basilica. We can also accommodate guests with special needs with more personalised menus (such as vegetarian menus, children's menus, etc).
