Da una lunga ed accurata ristrutturazione i proprietari del Caveau del Teatro sono riusciti a portare a nuova vita un'antica casa-torre ereditata dal bisnonno, datata 1629 ed il corpo sovrastante il loro ristorante: superando innumerevoli difficoltà, quest'anno si inaugura una struttura unica nel suo genere che, pur rispettando tutti i canoni delle moderne attrezzature, sembra essere uscita da una favola, come se si fosse ritornati indietro nel tempo solo attraversando una porta, come se il tutto fosse stato solo appena spolverato per mantenere intatta un'atmosfera calda e soffusa, accogliente e protettiva….quasi un ritorno alle origini!

Gli Appartamenti: Ogni appartamento è stato arredato e curato in tutti i particolari: hanno recuperato le porte interne, i soffitti a cassettoni, incredibili singoli elementi di antiquariato, i pavimenti, antichi camini affiancati da "cucine" che utilizzavano le braci per la cottura dei cibi; hanno decorato ogni ambiente, aggiungendo al fascino dell'antico l'originalità del gusto personale; hanno trasformato un sogno in realtà e da oggi potrete apprezzare l'incanto che offrono queste stanze, tutte ottimamente rifinite ed arredate, con servizi, balcone, angolo cottura, telefono e TV.

Il Ristorante: Dal 1990 Amedeo e la sorella Fernanda gestiscono un caratteristico locale che dell'osteria di campagna ha conservato la genuinità e le tradizioni del territorio, con piatti proposti mai troppo elaborati e tipicamente di stagione.
Le piccole ed eleganti salette offrono un ambiente soffuso e sicuramente d'atmosfera, mentre la cantina ospita importanti etichette per i migliori abbinamenti che Fernanda, apprezzata somelier, saprà consigliarvi.

Thanks to many years of careful restoration the owners have succeeded in brining back to life an ancient tower-house (originally built in 1629, inherited from their great- grandfather), and the upper part of the palace where their restaurant is located.
Overcoming innumerable difficulties, this year a unique structure will be inaugurated; nevertheless maintaining all modern standards, it resembles something out of a fairy- tale, as though you have gone back in time back, just by going through a door, as though everything has just been polished to preserve the warm and restful atmosphere of this place, so cosy and homely, almost taking you back in time!
