La tecnologia non dannosa e naturalistica, il riciclo delle acque, il nulla lasciato al caso, il rispetto più sincero, gioiosamente egoistico, della Natura.
Tutto il complesso e' improntato al risparmio energetico, all'uso di sistemi di controllo della qualità del microclima negli interni, all'utilizzo di energie rinnovabili, al risparmio dell'acqua con il riciclaggio di quella utilizzata per l'irrigazione dei prati, alla riduzione e razionalizzazione dei rifiuti, dei quali è prevista la raccolta differenziata e lo smaltimento del composto organico.

Il Ristorante: Menu à la carte, dagli antipasti ai dolci, passando attraverso il buffet delle goloserie, delle verdure, dei formaggi.

Mezza Pensione: Camera e prima colazione (a buffet, le grand bonjour ® dolce e salata, con i prodotti del pollaio, del pasticcere, del salumiere, degli apicoltori, dei fruttivendoli e dei coltivatori, del fornaio, del fioraio, dello stalliere e di tutti coloro che contribuiscono ad una sana allegra ricca ecologica nutrizione) cena della sera, menu à la carte, servizio spiaggia, piscine, animazione, compresi.

Le Camere: I nostri Ospiti alloggeranno in camere dotate di tv a 20 pollici, Junior-Suites, Suites realizzate con i criteri dettati dalle moderne tecniche di bioarchitettura ovvero con l'uso di materiali naturali e di impianti elettrici accuratamente schermati per limitare l'emissione di onde elettromagnetiche.
Le camere sono tutte completamente nuove e gradevolmente arredate.
Alcune mini-suite sono particolarmente adatte per le Famiglie in quanto comunicanti fra loro, alcune con un bagno solo, altre con due.
