Ubicazione: La COSTA DEI GABBIANI è un incontaminato altopiano (m. 218) posto sull'estremità sud-orientale dell'Isola d'Elba, del Comune di Capoliveri.

Il Villaggio: Nel cuore dell'incantevole promontorio sorge IL VILLAGGIO, contornato da pinete e da terre coltivate. Oltre i campi, 450 ettari di macchia mediterranea scende le chine fino al mare.
Ti divertirai a scoprire, giorno dopo giorno, le diverse spiaggette, cale o baie incastonate nei 12 Km di fascia costiera, come la suggestiva spiaggia del Remaiolo, che dista circa Km 3,5 dal Villaggio.
Soggiornerai in un VILLAGGIO esclusivo, perché capace di accogliere un numero limitato di persone, ma che, tuttavia, offre una grande varietà di proposte di accoglienza: dall'antica villa padronale, trasformata in un piccolo hotel, agli appartamenti delle fattorie, alle ville aperte sul mare e disseminate nelle pinete.
In tutte le abitazione troverai telefono, stoviglie, biancheria (rinnovata settimanalmente) e, in alcune, barbecue esterno.

L'Hotel: Ottocentesca villa padronale, restaurata con cura e strutturata per essere, con il suo arredamento di mobili d'epoca, un piccolo hotel prezioso ed accogliente.
Circondata dal parco, domina la quieta distesa dei campi sullo sfondo del mare.
L'ampio terrazzo antistante la Villa consente di cenare all'aperto sotto cupole di secolari pini.

Location: The COSTA DEI GABBIANI is an unpolluted, green plateau to the extreme South of the Island of Elba.

The Villaggio: The Villaggio is in its centre, surrounded by a wide expanse of cultivated and grazing land, orchards, vineyards and gardens.
Four hundred and fifty hectares of woods cover the slopes down to the sea.
The coastal area covers 12 km and is filled with beaches, coves and bays hidden between the precipitous cliffs, where thousands of herring gulls nest.
Due to its size the Villaggio can only accommodate a small number of guests however it has a variety of places to stay: the ancient master villa, tastefully transformed into a small hotel, farm apartments, small villas amongst the trees and facing the sea.
All the accommodation is equipped with telephone, tastefully furnished, and has all the necessary facilities: kitchen utensils, crockery, bed linen (changed every week); some have heating and barbecues.
Private roads lead the guests to the sea.
There are paths that run through the woods and cliffs that offer the chance to come into contact with the wildlife; a gulls nest, the flutter of a partridge, the glimpse of a hare, the jumping wild goats, mushrooms and minerals.
The Fattorie (Farms) inherit their names from the plants thatsurround them in the Villaggio, and are encircled by hectares of cultivated land and orchards.
They are divided into furnished apartments, situated at approximately 2 km from the cliffs of Punta delle Ripalte, 3,5km from Remaiolo beach and 4,5km from the Calanova restaurant.
