Ubicazione: L'HOTEL CASA ROSA è situato esattamente nel centro del golfo della Biodola, la spiaggia più esclusiva dell'isola in quanto non esiste un centro od un paese a farle da contorno, ma è totalmente immersa nel parco nazionale dell'arcipelago, e quindi circondata interamente da boschi di lecci.

La Spiaggia: La spiaggia, di sabbia finissima è delimitata da scogli a destra e sinistra per cui anche chi non gradisce la sabbia potrà trovare un angolino ideale.
L'Hotel è distante solamente 200 MT e dispone di una spiaggia privata attrezzata riservata agli ospiti, con la possibilità di noleggiare i nostri speciali pedalò multicolore ed alcune canoe.
Il mare cristallino, ha avuto negli ultimi anni alcuni importanti riconoscimenti da parte della goletta verde, infatti insieme a Procchio e Marciana è risultato fra i primi cinque in Italia.
Una ragione è quella che non vi sono approdi per imbarcazioni o scarichi di nessun genere in acqua.

Dall'Hotel Casa Rosa si raggiunge facilmente Portoferraio, il maggior centro dell'isola, distante solo 6 KM. Scaglieri, una piccola baia con caffè, ristorante ed un piccolo negozio che vende un pò di tutto è 500 MT dall'hotel.

Le Camere: L'hotel Casa Rosa dispone di 38 camere tutte rinnovate da poco e con televisione, telefono, climatizzatore, servizi privati e la maggior parte con balcone e vista sul mare.

Servizi: Inoltre ricordiamo che l'Hotel ha un grande parcheggio privato, un parco ombreggiato una piscina panoramica con solarium, un campo da tennis, un tavolo da ping pong, giochi per bambini, ed a questo proposito dispone anche di una cucina riservata alle mamme per prepararsi da sole la pappa per i bimbi.
Una grande terrazza panoramica permette inoltre di gustarsi un aperitivo magari mentre il sole tramonta, servito da uno dei nostri bar.

La Cucina: L'ottima cucina con una buona scelta, comprende pesce fresco e carne controllata oltre che ai dolci fatti dal nostro Chef.
La colazione a buffet vanta una vasta gamma di scelta, dagli yogurt ai cereali passando da diversi tipi di marmellate e brioches.

Chi vuole, troverà una sala lettura riservata, poi adiacente una sala tv per guardare la televisione in compagnia o solo perchè non vuole arrivare in camera, difatti le camere non sono in un solo corpo centrale, ma sparse nel verde con piccole costruzioni basse perfettamente integrate nel parco nazionale.

L'hotel potrebbe avere anche la denominazione di agriturismo, in quanto dispone di campi coltivati a verdure e frutteti oltre che ad un grande vigneto che degrada verso il mare.

Quindi si può dire che pomodori, basilico, prezzemolo, carciofi, melanzane, albicocche, susine, pere, fichi, ma soprattutto il vino bianco sfuso sono di nostra produzione, ovviamente solo nel periodo di raccolta.

L'estensione dell'hotel Casa Rosa (che è di circa cinque ettari) e la posizione fa si che non si senta alcun rumore di auto o quant'altro possa disturbare la tranquillità del soggiorno, tranne che il rumore del mare, dei gabbiani ed il vento che passa fra gli alberi.

Location: Casa Rossa Hotel is situated exactly in the center of the Biodola Gulf, the most exclusive beach of the island, positioned in the national Parc of the Tuscan Archipelago and therefore surrounded by mediterranean vegetation and woods.

The Beach: The beach, of fine white sand, is framed by cliffs on the right and the left side and so even those who do not like the sand to much can find their own ideal little place.
The Hotel is just 200 meters away from the sea and disposes of an equipped private beach reserved for our guests with the possibility to rent our special multi-color pedalos or kayaks.
The waters are cristal clear and the Biodola beach, with the ones of Marciana Marina and Procchio, have been classified among the five cleanest areas in Italy. One reason is that there are no harbors and no waste dumping into the waters at all.

From the Hotel Casa Rosa you can easily reach Portoferraio, the major town of the island, just 6 km far away.
The Scaglieri creek, with its bars, restaurants and small shops (selling a bit of everything) is only 500 meters away from the hotel.

Rooms: The Hotel Casa Rosa disposes of 38 rooms, all recently renovated, with television, telephone, air-conditioning, private bathrooms and most of them have a balcony with sea view.

Facilities: The hotel disposes also of a large private parking, a shaded parc, a panoramic swimmingpool with solarium, a tennis court, table tennis, a playground for children and a special little kitchen where 'momies' can prepare themselves the meals for their children.
On the large panoramic terrace our guests can enjoy a drink from one of our bars, watching the stunning sunsets.

Cuisine: The kitchen is optimal, with a large choice, including fresh fish, specially controlled meat and delicious deserts, everything prepared by our chef.
Our breakfast buffet offers a large choice, yoghurt, cereals, various jams and pastries.

Those who wish can find a private reading room, a TV-room to watch your favorite programm in company or to avoid to go back to your room, as the rooms are not all situated in a central building, but some are located in small buildings in the parc.

The Hotel could even been classified as 'farm holiday', as it disposes of vegetable and fruit cultivations and a large vineyard.

Therefore tomatoes, basil, artichocs, cucumbers, apricots, pears, figs, but overall our white house wine are of our own production,.. only during the harvesting period of course.

The large area (nearly 5 hectars) surrounding the Hotel and its position assure the peace and tranquillity of your holidays.
The only noises you hear are the waves of the ocean, the cries of the seagulls and the wind in the trees.
