L'Hotel Italia di Quartu Sant'Elena è un albergo residenziale, classificato tre stelle, di recente costruzione (apertura anno 1995).

La proprietà e la gestione fanno capo alla COSSAT SpA della Famiglia Mundula, che dal 1928 gestisce anche l'Hotel Italia di Cagliari.

L'Hotel Residence Italia di Quartu Sant'Elena dispone di ampie camere d'albergo e di comodi e funzionali appartamentini con angolo cottura, dotati di tutti i moderni servizi e del classico confort alberghiero.


Dove Siamo: E' situato in posizione centrale a Quartu S'Elena sulla strada per la bella spiaggia del Poetto, raggiungibile in pochi minuti.
Dista circa 15 minuti dal centro e dal porto di Cagliari e 20 minuti dall'aeroporto di Cagliari-Elmas.

La Struttura: L'albergo è un palazzo di otto piani fuori terra, circondato da un'area esclusiva completamente recintata, destinata a parcheggi e spazi verdi. Parte dello scantinato è destinata a garage.

Si compone di 83 alloggi, tra camere e appartamentini, per circa 200 posti letto.

Classificato tre stelle è dotato di servizi funzionali e moderni, con personale adeguato e professionalmente preparato.

Portineria: La Portineria-segreteria è aperta 24 ore su 24 e può controllare tutto l'albergo mediante un quadro sinottico che regola anche alcuni servizi delle camere. Tiene sotto controllo l'ingresso, i parcheggi e il garage visualizzati su un teleschermo. La contabilità è gestita da una rete di computer. Il personale addetto ha professionalità ed esperienza e parla correttamente l'inglese ed il francese.

Il Bar: Il Bar è ubicato nella hall ed è aperto dal pomeriggio fino alle 23.30. La prima colazione è servita in una apposita sala. Il continental breakfast buffet è arricchito da vari tipi di frutta, dolci e yogurt.

Il Ristorante: Il Ristorante, capace di 50 coperti, è riservato ai soli clienti alloggiati e funziona di norma soltanto per la cena, dal lunedì al venerdi.

Il Garage è ubicato nel sottopiano con accesso diretto dalla strada e può ospitare 20 autovetture. I Parcheggi sono sistemati nell'area recintata che circonda l'albergo ed in una terrazza a livello, per una trentina di autovetture.

Le Camere: L'albergo dispone di camere singole, con due letti o con letto matrimoniale. Sono più ampie rispetto al normale standard alberghiero. Hanno tutte i servizi privati (bagni o docce), riscaldamento, aria condizionata, TV color, telefono diretto, frigo bar e piccola cassaforte.

Gli Appartamenti: Gli Appartamenti possono essere bilocali o monolocali e sono forniti di un funzionale angolo cottura. Sono divisi in zona notte, zona soggiorno e pranzo. Hanno gli stessi servizi delle camere d'albergo.

Conference Center: L'albergo dispone di due attrezzate sale convegni da 50 posti e di una sala riunioni da 20 posti.

Our Hotel Italia, located in Quartu S. Elena is both Hotel and Residence: opened in 1995 it's classified in the range of three stars.

The Co.s.s.a.t owns the management and the propriety. S.p.a. society, managed by Mundula's family.

Our family is also the owner of another hotel, located in Cagliari, since 1928.

The Hotel Residence Italia in Quartu S. Elena has large and comfortable rooms and flats with all modern comforts and services.


Our Location: The Hotel is located in a very central position in Quartu S. Elena, on the way to our beautiful Poetto beach, five minutes far from our hotel.
It's 15 minutes far from Cagliari's seaport and 20 minutes far from Cagliari's Elmas Airport.

The Building: The Hotel is a new building with eight floors, surrounded by a private area completely protected. This area has made both for green spaces and parking. The Hotel has also a private garage, under surveillance 24/24 hours.

The Hotel has 83 rooms/flats and a total amount of 200 bed places.

Three stars classified, it has all functional and modern comforts and services, with a professional staff.

The Hall: From our hall ( opened all the day ) it's possible to have a complete control of the Hotel, included some room's services, from a special control panel. The entrance, outside parking and the garage are under camera control. We manage all the incoming, internal and outgoing services with a computer network. Our professional staff is able to speak English and French.

The Bar: Our Bar is located in the hall and is open from the early evening until 23.30 p.m. Breakfast is served in a reserved room where our guest can taste a continental breakfast buffet enriched with fruit, sweets and a variety of yoghurt.

The Restaurant: The restaurant, 50 places available, is reserved to our guests only. It's open, only for the dinner, from Monday to Friday.

The garage is located under the building with a direct access from the street: it has 20 places and it's under camera control.

The Rooms: Our Hotel has single, double bed and Queen bed rooms. All rooms are bigger than normal standard, has their own private services ( bath or shower ), air conditioning, colour TV, direct access phone line, minibar and a little safe.

The Apartments: Our guest can choose for various kinds of flats able to up to 4 guests. Flats are divided in three parts: a small hall, the bedroom and the eating room. Flats have the same services reserved to hotel's rooms.

Conference Center: The Hotel has two meeting rooms from 20 to 50 places.
