Ristorante Caruso: Particolarmente indicato per colazioni di lavoro o incontri gastronomici nella pausa di mezzogiorno, è caratterizzato da un ambiente luminoso, dove il verde della piazzetta croce rossa ricrea l'atmosfera di un gradevole "giardino d'inverno". Nella bella stagione è possibile pranzare all'aperto.

Ristorante Don Carlos: Il ristorante Don Carlos è stato così chiamato in omaggio al maestro Giuseppe Verdi che soggiornò al Grand Hotel per oltre vent'anni. In una cornice intima, raffinata ed elegante, ricreata da quadri, bozzetti e scenografie tratti dal museo del teatro alla Scala, il Don Carlos propone una cucina regionale al lume dei suoi antichi candelabri d’argento. Guide e riviste rinomate lo hanno descritto come uno dei ristoranti più esclusivi di Milano, dove una gastronomia di alto livello ed un servizio raffinato si fondono in una cornice d'altri tempi. l'orario di apertura consente anche piacevolissime cene dopo teatro. Sotto al ristorante è possibile ammirare i resti delle mura romane che l'imperatore Massimiano aveva fatto costruire nel 250 d.c. intorno alla città di Milano a scopo difensivo.

Don Carlos Restaurant: The Don Carlos Restaurant has been called so in honour of Maestro Giuseppe Verdi who was a guest of the Grand Hotel for more than twenty years. The Don Carlos restaurant offers a regional cuisine, by the light of its antique silver candelabra, in a cosy, refined and elegant setting, revived by pictures, sketches and décor coming from the la scala museum. Well known guide books and magazines have defined it as one of the most exclusive restaurants in milan, where haute cuisine and exquisite service blend together in an age-old setting. Opening times also allow for delightful after-the-show dinners. Remains of the roman walls, which emperor massimiano had erected in 250 a.d. all round the city of Milan for defence, may be viewed below the restaurant.
