La Hall: Vi
accoglierà una confortevole hall,dove trovano spazio, la
reception, il bar, e nelle serate invernali, l'angolo di
ritrovo davanti al camino.
Giardino: Per
le fresche serate estive e primaverili, il nostro giardino
si apre a tutti gli ospiti, che potranno trascorrere
piacevoli momenti in compagnia, ascoltando musica,
leggendo e gustando la nostra caffetteria.
Si tratta di un angolo che può essere elegante e riservato
ma anche molto accogliente grazie alla cordialità e
disponibilità del nostro personale.
Le Camere: Le
25 camere sono arredate in stile classico, tutte con
servizi privati, telefono automatico, Tv color e
riscaldamento autonomo per ogni singola stanza.
Il
Ristorante: Ai fornelli c'è mamma Melina, la
cui cucina è frutto della tradizione mai dimenticata. Vi
farà assaggiare salumi freschi e stagionati personalmente
da lei, primi piatti di pasta fresca, veramente fatta in
casa, specialità del luogo (una prelibatezza da non
perdere è l'ingrattonato, zuppa che veniva servita alla
mensa di Federico II di Svevia prparato secondo l'antica
ricetta e con qualche segreto di mamma Melina).

During the cold winter evenings, you can enjoy the cosy
atmosphere in front of our fire in the ba.
Garden: For
the fresh spring and summer evening we will open our
garden, where you can spend pleasant hours reading,
listening to music and tasting our caffetteria.
These are classic surroundings that are elegant and
peaceful but comfortable, thanks to helpful and friendly
staff, who will make sure you enjoy your stay.
Rooms: The 25
rooms are furnished in a classic style, all with private
bathroom,direct- dial telephone, color TV and independent
heating for each single room.
The
Restaurant: In the kitchen is mother Melina
whose cuisine is the fruit of the never forgotten
traditions: she will enable you to taste fresh and
seasoned charcuterie that she makes herself, first
courses of fresh homemade pasta, specialities from the
area (a delicious dish that should not be missed is
l'ingrattonato, a soup that was served at the
table of FREDERICK II of SWEBIA prepared following the
ancient recipe and a few of mother Melina's secret).
