Ubicazione: Ricavato da un cinquecentesco edificio adibito nel passato a convento di monache, l'Albergo Ristorante La Pergola sorge sulla riva del lago nel contesto molto caratteristico dell'antico borgo di Pescallo, pittoresca spiaggia del promontorio di Bellagio rivolta a sud est, in vista del ramo lecchese del lago di Como.


Bellagio centro è a soli 10 minuti di piacevole passeggiata tra gli ulivi e la vegetazione mediterranea che riveste la punta Spartivento.


L'edificio ha mantenuto, anche grazie a recenti opere di valorizzazione, il primitivo assetto edilizio interno caratterizzato da una bella scalea centrale decorata da un affresco di maniera cinquecentesco, dal rigore nella simmetria delle camere disposte a chiostro, e dagli ambienti della foresteria e del ristorante,al piano terra, con la caratteristica architettura a volta bassa, cara all'edilizia dei borghi lacustri. L'hotel La Pergola coniuga il vantaggio di risiedere in un contesto di grande pregio ambientale e in un'atmosfera romantica e rilassante a tutte le opportunità che Bellagio e il Lago di Como offrono al turista: i famosi giardini e le ville patrizie, sparsi sul promontorio; gli eleganti negozi e gli ateliers degli artisti e i bistro caratteristici nel vecchio borgo; le spiagge, i moli con le barche, o la stazione dei battelli e dei traghetti per le gite sul lago, oppure le escursioni a piedi e lo sport sulle colline del Triangolo Lariano, alle spalle di Bellagio.


Camere: Solo lo sciaquio cadenzato delle onde sulla riva sabbiosa riesce a penetrare nella perfetta quiete delle spaziose camere, ai piani superiori, tutte affacciate prevalentemente sui panorami del lago, o sull'amena prospettiva dei giardini di Villa Serbelloni sovrastanti il promontorio di Bellagio.


Oltre al comfort dei servizi privati, telefono e room service, un arredamento molto curato in ogni camera, con bei mobili di artigianato lombardo dell'Otto e Novecento, conferisce a ciascuna ambiente quella individualità e atmosfera romantica che vi faranno assaporare tutto il fascino di un soggiorno sul lago.


Ristorante: Già agli inizi dell' Ottocento il ristorante muove i primi passi con il nome di "Il Porto"; alla metà del 1900 viene rilevato dalla famiglia Mazzoni e diventa "La Pergola", il ristorante attuale; affacciato sul lago con una bella sala interna per 60 ospiti offre la privacy e l'atmosfera intima ideali per pranzi di lavoro o romantiche cene.


Il terrazzo panoramico, soleggiato ma fresco anche d'estate, ospita fino a 90 persone, ed è l'ideale per party e occasioni conviviali. Nelle suggestive salette con veranda o sotto il verde pergolato di vite affacciato sul lido, viene servita la più tipica Cucina di Lago, che trova il suo forte nei piatti a base di pesce, ma anche nei prodotti tipici locali e nell'olio della Tremezzina, come pure nei saporiti formaggi degli alpeggi delle prealpi lariane e nelle varietà di funghi, ortaggi e polente che la tradizione gastronomica di questa famiglia di ristoratori ha sapientemente conservato, e con grande piacere propone per la delizia dei propri ospiti.

Location: La Pergola, Hotel and Restaurant, drawn from a sixteenth century-building, lies by the lake, in a most typical fishermen's hamlet called Pescallo, right on a shore of the promontory of Bellagio, turning south-east and facing the Lecco branch of Lake Como.


The House was drawn from a building dating back to 1500, and assigned to a convent in the past centuries.


The centre of Bellagio is but 10 minutes' walk, among the luxuriant olive trees and mediterranean vegetation spred out on the Spartivento Point.


Thanks also to recent works and careful restyling, the building has recovered the original armonic structure from the old convent, characterized by a nice patrician staircase, also depicted with a mannered fresco of the sixteenth century, and by the order and simmetry of the rooms, reminding the ancient cloister; the guest-quarters and the Restaurant, both on the ground floor, still keep the typical low vault-ceilings often used in the architecture of the villages by the lake.


While in the most idyllic and relaxing atmosphere of Pescallo, a contest of great value and intact nature, the holtel can offer all the opportunities for touring on Lake Como: the famous gardens and patrician villas spread out gorgeously on the hills of Bellagio; the old village with its elegant shops, artists' ateliers and lots of characteristic bistro and pubs.


Boat renting, beaches and boat or ferry-station are at hand, for your trips on the lake, along with a lot of chanches for Trekking and Sports on the hills of Triangolo Lariano, just above Bellagio.


Rooms: Just the sound of water, lapping the sandy banks, gets through the perfect peace of the wide rooms on the upper floors, all facing the lake and Villa Serbelloni's gardens on the promontory. Besides private services, you'll find very well furnished rooms with 19th and 20th century handcrafted pieces creating an unique and romantic atmosphere that will make you completely enjoy a charming stay on the lake.


Restaurant: By the beginning of the 19th century the Restaurant was named "Il Porto"; the Mazzoni's took it over and called it "La Pergola". At the present the Restaurant gives on to the lake with a wide clining room suitable for 60 people and offers the right atmosphere for work or romantic dinners. In summer, the panoramic terrace, sunny but cool, perfect for parties, can receive till 90 people. In the charming restaurant rooms with veranda or under the vine leaves, you can taste the most typical cookery, its fresh fish dishes and local produces such as the oil of Tremezzo, cheeses and mushrooms of Alps and Pre-Alps, vegetables and "polenta". All traditional recipes the family has wisely kept and suggests with great pleasure for all guests.
