Il Palazzo è una villa seicentesca che sorge al centro di una proprietà di circa 30 ettari , che comprende un bosco secolare, un oliveto, un albere to di ciliegi e n oci, e terren i agrari.
Ca mere: Le spaziose camere, una diversa dall'a ltra, decorate nei toni pastello che si sposano co n le calde tinte delle tappezzerie, sono arredate con mo bili, quadri, oggetti d'epoca appartenenti alla storia della casa; i più moderni comfort: aria condizionata, telefono diretto, collegamento PC Int ernet, TV satellitare, frigobar cassaforte si fondono con l'eleganza e la sobrietà delle stanze. Tu tte le sale da bagno hanno vasca con idromassaggio, cabina d occia, asciugacapelli.

Thanks to its position, Palazzo Grande is the ideal starting poi nt to go on a day trip to one of the countless art cities an d picturesque hamlets well-known all over the world: Perugia, Assisi, Florence, Rome, Todi, Spello, Foligno, Orvieto, Gubbio, Città di Castello.

Rooms : Each room is different from the others; they are all ample- sized, painted in pastel colours that harmonize perf ectly with the rich shades of the textiles, fitted out with period furniture, pictures and objects that all belong to the home’s history. The up-to-date comforts: air conditioning, direct telephone line, Intern et connexion, satellite TV, minibar, safe, soft extra-pillow s, sanitary and anti-mite protection of beds) complement th e elegance and sobriety of the rooms. Each bathroom is prov ided with a hydro-massage bathtub, a shower, a haird ryer and bathroom scales.
Each room is named after a person who is linked with the Palazzo& rsquo;s memory, either someone who once belonged to the family of the earlier landlords, or a specia l guest.
Se rvices: The Palazzo is in the middle of an estate of more than 30 hectares: the vast enclosed park whic h surrounds the villa hosts a swimming-pool is the ideal p lace to relax in the midst of the calm of the countryside. Special attention is paid to breakfast, which is served in the large dining room decorated wi th frescoes: each delicacy is carefully chosen and prepared, with a particular regard to the wishes of eve ry single guest. Inside the building, there is a still cons ecrated chapel, with an exquisite Gothic revival altar made of pol ychrome woods. A five-a-side football field, jogging paths in the woods and a gym inside the residence allow our guest s to st ay in shape. In a few minutes by car it is possible to r each 3 golf- courses of international level; there is a lso a large riding-school quite close to the estate. A shuttle minibus and a private car are av ailable on request to reach Perugia, the railway statio n and the airport.
