Nel Val di Noto, nel territorio di Modica, città
patrimonio dell’umanità, sorge Cambiocavallo Resort,
albergo a 4 stelle dal fascino di un hotel de charme,
inserito nella campagna iblea in posizione strategica, a 4
Km da un mare cristallino ed a circa 1.30 h da Malta.
Nato dalla accurata ristrutturazione di un’antica “
posada “, luogo di sosta per i viaggiatori a cavallo, è
oggi un moderno albergo dotato di tutti i comfort,
circondato da un lussureggiante giardino arabo-
mediterraneo.
Camere:
L'albergo ospita otto silenziosissime e luminose camere di
charme, di cui due suite, elegantemente arredate con un
design minimale contemporaneo,che regalano la magia del
passato offrendo, tuttavia, ogni confort moderno. Queste
camere di una particolare bellezza artistica ed
architettonica, offrono, oltre ai confortevoli servizi
standard, tutti quei servizi tecnologicamente più
avanzati:

Tutte le camere si affacciano su di un baglio centrale, al
centro del quale è un esemplare di carrubo
centenario.
Le sei camere a piano terra sono tutte dotate di veranda
privata verso la campagna.
Servizi: La
hall dell’hotel è arredata con comode poltrone di design
contemporaneo, mentre la sala riunioni/lettura è
caratterizzata da muri in pietra a vista in cui si aprono
le viste sul lussureggiante giardino mediterraneo.In
inverno gli ospiti si ritrovano tutti attorno ad un grande
tavolo rosso, antica rivisitazione della “buffetta”
siciliana, dove viene servita una ricca prima colazione
sia dolce che salata a base di prodotti naturali ed
artigianali tipici del territorio.
Mentre in estate ci si sposta all’esterno nel patio
centrale. Su richiesta la colazione può essere servita
nella veranda della propria camera.

The Cambiocavallo Resort is situated in the Val di Noto,
near Modica, a city classified as part of the Unesco World
Heritage. This four star hotel with all the allure of a
hotel de charme, is set in a strategic position in the
Sicilian countryside, just 4 kilometres from a crystal
clear sea and about one and a half hours from Malta.
After a thorough and careful architectural restoration,
this ancient “posada” – a resting place for travellers on
horseback – has today become a modern hotel with every
possible comfort, surrounded by a luxuriant Mediterranean-
Arabian garden.
Rooms: The
hotel contains eight luminously peaceful and charming
bedrooms, including two suites, all elegantly furnished
with minimalist contemporary design, evoking the magic of
the past while at the same time offering every modern
comfort. Within the special setting of these rooms’
artistic and architectural beauty guests can enjoy the
most technologically advanced levels of service:

All the rooms face onto a central court featuring a
magnificent centuries-old carob plant.
The six rooms on the ground floor all have their own
private veranda looking out over the
countryside.
Services:
The main hall is furnished with comfortable contemporary
design armchairs, while the meeting/reading room has bare
stone walls with windows opening onto the flourishing
Mediterranean garden. In winter, guests have breakfast
around a huge red table – an antique re-evocation of the
Sicilian “buffetta” – where they can relish an assortment
of sweet and savoury delights made with natural
ingredients and traditional handmade local products.
In the summer breakfast is served outdoors in the central
patio, or on request can be served on the rooms’ private
verandas.
