Ubicazione:  In un percorso misto tra antiche vie di campagna e un mare limpidissimo si respira un incredibile varietà di profumi.
E’ quello dei limoneti, degli aranceti, oliveti e vigneti che fanno di questo posto la meta più ambita per il turista che cerca una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della buona cucina, del silenzio e di tanta natura.
La collinetta del Cottimo, così denominata per i sistema di coltura un tempo adottato, si estende da Punta Serra sino a Punta Faro.

Camere:  Bellissime camere di circa 20 mq per un max di 2 posti letto poste al piano terra o al primo piano, tutte dotate di servizio con box doccia, acqua calda, frigobar, tv e annesso balconcino o cortile indipendenti completi di tavoli e sdraio. Gli Appartamenti: E’ il fiore all’occhiello della nostra villa-residence di cui ne occupa gran parte del piano superiore! Di circa 90 mq per un max di sei posti letto è di sicuro tra gli appartamenti più belli presenti sull’isola. Situato al piano superiore della villa è composto da due camere da letto, ampia cucina soggiorno, doppi servizi, lavatrice e annesso terrazzino attrezzato con tavoli e sdraio.
Arredato con gusto, comodo e confortevole, offre un’atmosfera accogliente grazie anche al meraviglioso pavimento in maiolica vietrese che da agli alloggi un ulteriore tocco di eleganza e freschezza.

 Il Solarium: A far da cornice un meraviglioso e attrezzato terrazzo solarium dal quale sembra di toccar per mano tutto il Golfo di Napoli, la costa flegrea, Ischia, Procida e, perché no, di notte, il cielo stellato.
La quiete e i profumi dei meravigliosi limoneti, aranceti e vigneti che circondano la struttura rendono ancor più piacevole il soggiorno in questo piccolo paradiso procidano.

Dove siamo:
Partendo da Napoli si può scegliere se partire con traghetti o aliscafi dal porto commerciale di Molo Beverello oppure da Mergellina, splendido molto turistico riservato esclusivamente agli aliscafi.
Da Pozzuoli, invece, corse continue di aliscafi, motonavi e traghetti assicurano un costante collegamento di tutta l’area flegrea con l’isola.
In tutti e tre i casi al viaggiatore è offerto un meraviglioso panorama su tutto il golfo di Napoli dominato dalla mole del Vesuvio e delimitato da un lato dalla penisola sorrentina con l’isola di Capri e dall’altro dalla stessa costa flegrea.
Aliscafi e traghetti, infine, collegano costantemente sino a sera inoltrata Procida con i due principali porti di Ischia: Ischia Porto e Casamicciola.

Location:  The Collinetta del Cottimo, named after the system of cultivation which was once adopted there, goes from Punta Serra to Punta Faro.

The Mini-Apartments:  Large, bright mini-apartments of around 40 square metres composed of one bedroom (With a maximum of 4 beds), a well-equipped kitchen, mini bar, en-suite bathroom with a shower and an ajoining outdoor space complete with tables and deckchairs.
Furnished with taste, convenient and comfortable, they offer a pleasant atmosphere thanks to the marvellous floor tiles in majolica from Vietri that give our lodgings a further touch of elegance and freshness.

The Apartments:  The part we are most proud of in our villa-residence, which occupies a large part of the upper floor! Around 90 square metres with a maximum of six beds, they are surely among the most beautiful apartments on the island. Situated on the upper floor of the villa, they are composed of two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a living-room, two bathrooms, a washing machine and a small ajoining terrace equipped with tables and deckchairs.

Solarium:  To round it all off, there is a marvellous, well-equipped solarium-balcony from which it seems you could almost reach out and touch the whole Gulf of Naples, the Flegrean Coast, Ischia, Procida and sometimes even the starry sky at night.
The peace and quiet and the smells of the marvellous lemon trees, orange trees and vineyards that surround the structure make the stay in this small heaven in Procida still more pleasant.

Where we are:
Departing from Naples You can choose to go by ferry or hydrofoil from the commercial port of Molo Beverello or from Mergellina, a splendid tourist port reserved exclusively for hydrofoils.
Departing from Pozzuoli On the other hand, in Pozzuoli, hydrofoils, foot-passenger ferries and ferries assure a constant connection to the island from the whole of the Flegrean area.
In all three cases, the traveller is offered a marvellous panorama of the whole gulf of Naples dominated by the massive structure of the Vesuvius and delimited on one side by the Sorrento peninsula and the island of Capri and on the other side by the Flegrean coast.
Hydrofoils and ferries constantly connect Procida up until late in the evening with the two principal harbors of Ischia: Ischia Porto and Casamicciola.
