Saint-Rhémy:
Saint-Rhémy è un piccolo borgo antico situato ai piedi
delle Alpi Pennine, dista 22 km da Aosta e si trova a 13 km
dal colle del Gran San Bernardo. Il borgo, circondato da
una fitta coltre di boschi secolari di larici ed abeti
neri, è situato a 1632 Mt. nell'alta valle del G.S.
Bernardo, che mantiene intatto il fascino di una natura
incontaminata, del suo passato storico di " mansio
romana" sull'antica vie delle Gallie e di ultima stazione
di posta, al tempo dei mitici "soldats de la neige".
L'Hotel:
L'Hotel Suisse sito all'interno del borgo, è un delizioso e
piccolo albergo-ristorante; è stato ristrutturato
recentemente con intelligenza e buon gusto, ricavando otto
deliziose stanze tutte diverse tra di loro e tutte con
bagno e telefono.
La scelta dell'arredo, costituito in parte dai mobili
originali dell'antica locanda, contribuisce a ricreare
l'atmosfera di un tempo.
La Cucina:
La cucina è molto curata... e l'eccellenza delle materie fa
sì che nel piatto ci sia sempre un ottimo prodotto.
La carta dei vini offre una buona scelta di produttori
valdostani, piemontesi, toscani e siciliani di ottima
qualità.

Saint-Rhémy:
