La recente costruzione, inaugurata nel 1996, assicura confort e servizi di prima qualità, accessi e camere appositamente studiate per portatori di handicap, un ristorante pizzeria, un centro congressi completamente attrezzato, e un centro sport e salute di grandi proporzioni.
Gli spazi comuni sono stati realizzati con cura e vengono considerati uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel: dalla reception alla hall non mancano spazi per rilassarsi, leggere un libro e, perché no, fare nuove amicizie. L'hotel mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti sale e salette per convegni e meetings, con capienza variabile da 5 a 80 persone.

Surrounded by the green hills of the countryside, but still within easy reach from the city centre, the hotel is situated just one mile away from the ancient wall of Urbino, making the way to the city a pleasant and short journey, possible by foot, car or public transport, with a minibus service every 20 minutes.
