Paolo e Francesca Furlan ********************************************************* Situatoa soli 1500 m. dall'Aeroporto Regionale del Friuli Venezia Giulia (Aeroporto Trieste) ed a 2000 m. dal casello dell'autostrada A4 di Redipuglia, l'Albergo Ristorante Furlan costituisce il punto di partenza ideale per intraprendere piacevoli itinerari turistici nella regione e nelle vicine Slovenia, Croazia e Austria. L'Hotel risale al 1967 ed il Ristorante (allora trattoria) al 1945 ed è tuttora gestito dalla famiglia Furlan che prosegue la lunga tradizione di accoglienza iniziata dai nonni e dai genitori. In seguito alla recente ristrutturazione, l'Albergo Ristorante Furlan si presenta agli ospiti in un connubio di rustico e moderno, calato in una piacevole atmosfera familiare che vi fa sentire un pò a casa. Il complesso è costituito dall'Hotel, dal Ristorante, da un'ampia sala Congressi Multifunzionale, da una zona relax con sauna e piccola palestra, da un vasto giardino e da un'area esterna attrezzata a parcheggio (possibilità di parcheggio camper con allacciamento luce e acqua).
L'Hotel: L'Hotel è composto da 54 camere che dispongono di climatizzatore (ala ovest), doccia o vasca da bagno, asciugacapelli, tv color, telefono con linea diretta.
br> A disposizione 6 posti letto con servizi adeguati a persone con limitate capacità motorie (entrata, ascensore, servizi). Per gli ospiti: servizio segreteria (fax, fotocopie, internet), lavanderia e stireria, servizio bar 18/24, deposito valori presso la cassaforte dell'ufficio ricezione, parcheggio privato; per la prima colazione inclusa nella tariffa del pernottamento proponiamo un ricco buffet a base di dolci casalinghi, croissant, frutta fresca, yogurt, affettati misti prodotti esclusivamente nella nostra regione.
Presso la hall, un ampia sala lettura e tv per intrattenere gli ospiti in un ambiente rustico e riscaldato dal fuoco del camminetto. A disposizione della gentile clientela la zona relax con sauna e piccola palestra.
Ristorante: Il nostro nuovo Chef Mauro Senni, dopo molteplici esperienze in rinomati ristoranti italiani ed esteri, presenta a tutti i graditi ospiti una cucina ispirata alla tradizione locale con piatti a base di carne e selvaggina, pesce, funghi, asparagi, fiori di zucca per scoprire i sapori che ogni stagione offre, e i dolci rigorosamente fatti in casa, il tutto accompagnato da vini prodotti dalle migliori aziende vitivinicole della zona. All'occorrenza, nella nuova Sala Ristorante che può ospitare fino a 150 coperti, si organizzano banchetti e buffet per matrimoni, ricprrenze e le Vostre feste private con musica dal vivo e ballo.
Sala Multifunzionale: A Vostra disposizione una moderna sala multifunzionale capace di 180 posti, insonorizzata e attrezzata con materiale audiovisivo a richiesta e trasformabile a seconda delle esigenze e con allestimenti diversi in un unico grande spazio congressuale o in sala ristorante.
E' possibile inoltre l'utilizzo di zone ridotte e riservate per seminari e piccoli convegni.

Paolo & Francesca Furlan ************************************************************ Located in Ronchi dei Legionari, at just 1.5 km. from the "Friuli Venezia Giulia" regional airport (Triest Airport) and 2 km. from the "Redipuglia" tollgate of the A4 highway, the Furlan Hotel & Restaurant is the ideal starting point for you to visit the region or go to Slovenia, Croatia and Austria. The Hotel dates back to 1967 and its Restaurant (once an inn) to 1945; since then the restaurant has always been family run thus carrying on a long lasting tradition which began with the ancestors of the Furlans. After being recently refurbished, the Furlan Hotel & Restaurant marries rural and modern elements with a cosy family atmosphere making you feel as if you were at home. The building is made up of the Hotel, the Restaurant, a large multi-functional congress hall, a relax zone with Sauna and a little gym, a vast garden and an additional area for parking (caravan parking lot with water/power supply available).
The Hotel: The hotel features 54 bedrooms provided with air-conditioning in the west area, shower or bath, hair-dryer, color TV set, direct dial telephone. 6 additional bedrooms are also available for persons with limited mobility (entry, lift, wc). Also available: answering service (fax, copier, internet), loundry, safe at the reception office, and large parking lot. All credit cards accepted. In the morning, included in the price, you can have a delicious buffet breakfast with home made cakes, croissant, fresh fruit, yoghurt, and mixed salami delicatessen exclusively produced in the region..
Next to the confortable hall there is a large tv and reading room in order to entertain guests in a rustic sphere warmed by the fireside The Restaurant: Mauro Senni, our new chef, has already worked in many famous restaurants in Italy and abroad. He prepares dishes with meat, game, fish, mushrooms, asparaguses, corgette flowers, and exclusively home-made desserts inspiring to local traditions in order to make you enjoy tha tastes and flavours every season has to offer. His menus are matched with the wines produced by the best wineries in the region. On request the new restaurant hall providing accomodation for 150 people can be used for banquets, buffets, wedding ceremonies, celebrations, and private parties with live music and dancing.
Guests are welcome in hospitable surroundings and home atmosphere even in summertime in the large garden.
In case of need banquets and wedding buffet are organized in the new multifunctional hall.
The Multifunctional Hall: A modern multifunctional hall which can shelter 180 people is transformable into an only large congress space or restaurant hall according to customers' requirements with different dressing and preparation.
It is possible to use reduced areas reserved for seminaries and small meetings.The Hotel Congress Hall is also the head office of the prestigious Rotary Club, Monfalcone.
