All the elegantly furnished rooms and suites are endowed with fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, telephone, TV and video-player, minibar, air conditioning.

All accommodations at the Romana Residence Hotel are available as hotel rooms and suites or residence apartments:
- the hotel rates include all the services of a four-star hotel plus breakfast
- the residence rates include cleaning of the apartment and change of towels everyday except on Saturdays, Sundays and other holydays, and change of bed linen twice a week.
