Ristorante: Le due ampie sale e con aria condizionata ospitano circa 400 coperti e offrono in un ambiente silenzioso e discreto, ottimi piatti di cucina italiana e internazionale.

Dalla prima colazione alla cena raffinata, per pranzi di famiglia e di lavoro.


Meeting: Il mondo degli affari impone spesso spostamenti e riunioni lontano dal luogo di lavoro e avere a disposizione un ambiente confortevole e attrezzato quanto il vostro ufficio, è il sistema migliore per non perdere concentrazione ed energia.


Sale Conferenze: Per qualsiasi esigenza professionale le nostre 7 sale riunioni, dotate di tutte le più sofisticate tecnologie informatiche, sono a disposizione per accogliere da 5 a 300 persone.

Piscina: Nel parco una grande piscina e il suo solarium creano dal 1 primo giugno al 15 ottobre un angolo di vacanza per un completo relax.

E come per incanto la piscina si trasforma in un suggestivo angolo relax, dove trascorrere una piacevole serata degustando le nostre grigliate accompagnate da ottima musica.

First is a service center with the goal to satisfy both businessman and tourists. First is not only a hotel but also a restaurant, a pool and conference rooms all in one, only a few minutes from Florence.
First is also apartments in the heart of the city (only 150 m from the Duomo).


Rooms: 102 rooms, 14 suites, all air conditioned, mini bar, satellite Television, direct phone line option private fax, Personal computer and Modem.

Restaurant: Two large air con ditioned dining rooms for up to 400 guest offers both italian and international cuisine in a calm and discrete environment.

The restaurant is open to all our guests who wish to enjoy an exquisite dinner and impeccable service in the classic florentine tradition.


Meeting: First offers the facilities that make doing business in Florence as comfortable as if you were in your own office.


Conference Rooms: Our seven conference rooms, all with the most sophisticated tecnology, can accomodate up to 300 people.

This will satisfy even most demanding businnesman/woman.

Pool: From June 1 to October 15 you can relax by our 18 meter outdoor swimming pool.

Firts has a beautiful pool and patio, and if you forget your bathing suit can always buy one in the conveniently located shopping center just 50m away.

And, as if by magic, the swimming pool turns into a charming quiet corner, where you can pass a nice evening tasting our dishes of grilled food with the backing of some good music.
