La proprietà è locata in Monsanto, al centro dell'area del Chianti.


E' composta da 12 ettari di parco e bosco, dove cresce e si riproduce naturalmente il cipresso toscano.
Trattasi della riserva naturale di Sant'Agnese, unica in Italia e tra le poche in Europa.


Dalla villa è possibile ammirare un panorama unico al mondo: si vedono resti di un vecchio castello, vari casolari toscani, splendide colline, vigneti, uliveti, e l'attuale Castello della Panieretta.

Ubicazione: La villa trovandosi nel centro della Toscana è molto vicina alle principali vie di comunicazione e dunque ben ubicata per visitare e conoscere tutta la Regione.
A 5m km si trova la Superstrada Siena/Firenze.
La Tenuta è distante soli 35 km da Firenze, 25 km da Siena, 15 km da San Gimignano, 35 km da Volterra.


La struttura è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 1999.

Presenta una forma imponente e lussuosa, adagiata sulla cima di un colle in posizione dominante.

Il luogo è molto silenzioso e la villa è completamente appartata.
E' circondata da vigneti e uliveti e non ci sono altre costruzioni intorno.
L'unica strada per raggiungerla termina nel bosco.


Gli appartamenti: La villa è composta da 4 splendidi appartamenti indipendenti arredati in elegante stile toscano e completi di ogni comfort.
Ogni appartamento dispone di ingresso indipendente, giardino privato con arredamento completo, cucina, forno, lavastoviglie, riscaldamento indipendente, caminetto, Tv satellitare, lavatrice.
3 dei 4 appartamenti dispongono di 2 camere doppie, ampio bagno con doccia e bidet, cucina e salotto.
Un appartamento ha invece una camera doppia e una singola, con bagno, cucina e salotto.

Piscina: Nella struttura è presente una nuovissima piscina di dimensioni m.t. 6 x 12 con grande giardino intorno e completa di arredamento.

La piscina è in una zona del parco con sole e vegetazione, distante dalla villa, in modo da non disturbare la quiete dei giardini privati degli appartamenti.

A magnificent villa in the heart of the Chianti Classico area which has been adapted to a holiday home with a swimming-pool.


The property is situated in Monsanto right in the centre of the Chianti area.


There are 12 hectares of park and woods where the Tuscan cypress grows and is reproduced naturally, it is the natural reserve of Sant'Agnese being the only one in Italy and among the very few ones in Europe.


It is possible to admire a unique view from the villa: You can see the ruins of an old castle, various Tuscan cottages, beautiful hills, vineyards, olive groves and the Paneretta Castle.


Location: Located in the centre of Tuscany the villa is very close to the main roads therefore in a good position to visit the whole region.
The Sienna/Firenze freeway is at 5 km.
The farmhouse is 35 km from Florence, 25 km from Siena, 15 km from S. Gimignano and 35 km from Volterra.

The estate has been completely restored in 1999.

Placed at the top of a hill in a domineering position, it has an imposing and luxurious shape.

The place is very quiet and the villa is in a completely secluded spot.
It is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves and there are no other buildings nearby.
The only road to reach it ends in the woods.


Apartments: There are 4 magnificent independent apartments in the villa, they are all furnished in an elegant Tuscan stile and complete with every type of comfort.
Each apartment has an independent entrance, a private garden fully furnished, a kitchen, an oven, a dishwasher, independent heating, a fire place, a satellite TV and a washing machine.
3 out of 4 apartments have two double bedrooms, a big bathroom with a shower and a bidet, a kitchen and lounge.


Swimming Pool: There is 6 x 12 metre very new swimming pool with a very big garden around it and fully furnished.

It is situated in an area of the park where there is sun and vegetation, away from the villa as not to disturb the peace of the private gardens of the apartments.
