La residenza Solferino è un antico Cascinale Tipico della zona dell’Alta Maremma, costruito intorno al 1860, è tra i soggetti dipinti nelle opere dei Pittori Macchiaioli quali Fattori, Borrani, Signorini.
In anni recenti è stato sottoposto ad una completa e strutturale ristrutturazione nel corso della quale vi sono stati realizzati gli impianti tecnologici più completi e moderni.

Gli appartamenti: Gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata e di riscaldamento, ogni appartamento è dotato di linea telefonica entrante ed uscente a selezione passante con il proprio numero telefonico.
E’ possibile connettere il proprio computer ad internet, od utilizzare un computer centralizzato per ricevere e trasmettere E-Mail.
E’ possibile avere nel proprio appartamento il fax, i servizi di sveglia, l’abilitazione e la disabilitazione del proprio telefono a chiave numerica.
Gli appartamenti sono dotati di arredamento completo, di televisione centralizzata, di stoviglie e suppellettili da cucina.

Servizi: Sono a disposizione degli ospiti lavanderia, stireria, stenditoio centralizzati, è possibile richiedere l’effettuazione delle pulizie giornaliere, la biancheria di dotazione viene fornita come prima dotazione e può esserne richiesto il cambio anche giornaliero.
Il parco a disposizione è di 20.000 mq, il parcheggio è ombreggiato dagli alberi.
E’ a disposizione degli ospiti un armadietto farmaceutico.
E’ possibile ottenere Mountain-byke, scooter ed autovetture a noleggio.

Solferino residence is a Tuscan Farmhouse typical of those found in North Maremma.
It was built around 1860 and was often the subject of the Macchiaoli painters such as Fattori, Borrani and Signorini.
Recently it was completely restored and restructured and has benefited from the modernisation of its amenities.

Apartments: All rooms are equiped with air conditioning and heating, as well as telephones with direct dialing.
It is possible to connect your computer to internet in your room or have it equiped with a fax machine, alternatively you may use our central computer to receive and send emails.
We also provide wake up calls and security codes for the telephone in your room.
All appartments are fully furnished and have a TV and all kitchen utensils necessary.

Services: There is a laundry room for the use of guests, here you may iron and hang out clothes to dry. You may request daily cleaning of your rooms.
Bedlinen is supplied upon arrival and you may choose to have it changed as often as you wish.
There is also medicine cabinet for guests should there be a need.
The residence is surrounded by private grounds measuring 20,000 m2 and a car park shaded by trees.
There is a rental service for mountain bikes, scooters and cars.

Location: The residence is 900 m from the sea by the most direct road.
We are 10 mins away from Cecina, 20 mins from Livorno, 30 mins from Pisa and Volterra, 40 mins from San Gimignano and Viareggio and 50 mins from Florence.
