Le Camere: Delle 34 camere, quelle sul fronte offrono una piacevole vista sulla spiaggia della Versilia, mentre quelle sul retro godono della vista delle maestose cime delle Alpi Apuane. Molte camere godono di un terrazzo e tutte sono arredate in maniera confortevole, dotate di televisione a colori via satellite, minibar, telefono, cassette di sicurezza e bagni in marmo. Alcune camere sono collegate con un antiporta che consente a gruppi familiari un facile contatto pur mantenendo la loro privacy.

Ristorante: A Il Negresco, tutti possono contare su di una ristorazione attenta, leggera, genuina. E' il Maitre che sceglie i tagli delle carni, le verdure ed il pesce più fresco, decidendo quello che gli ospiti potranno trovare nella carta del ristorante, ovviamente stagionale, nel menu del giorno, in quello delle colazioni di lavoro o in occasione di eventi speciali come una cena di gala o un matrimonio.
Il gusto dei piatti é esaltato dai vini e a Il Negresco é possibile gustarne sia toscani che liguri, in particolare delle Cinqueterre. Fra i toscani il posto d'onore spetta a quelli prodotti dalla Fattoria del Buonamico di Montecarlo di Lucca. Di proprietà del gruppo a cui appartiene Il Negresco, la fattoria é nota in Italia e all'estero per il Fortino (rosso), il Vasario ed il Cercatoia (bianchi).
Se il buongiorno si vede dal mattino, a Il Negresco il mattino é carico di delizie e di aromi. La colazione, naturalmente a buffet, é servita al ristorante o sul terrazzo ed offre, disposto in maniera curata ed accattivante, quanto di meglio si possa offrire ad una clientela internazionale.
Croissants semplici e ripieni, biscotti al cioccolato e al mais, pane bianco e nero, dolci fatti in casa - fra cui, meritevole di menzione, il plum cake - marmellate monoporzione in vetro o sfuse, cereali, formaggi freschi e a taglio, frutta fresca e sciroppata, macedonia e succhi di frutta.

Zona Relax: Nel giardino antistante l'albergo, la piscina idromassaggio ed il solarium offrono una piacevole alternativa alla spiaggia.
L'American Bar de Il Negresco, sempre aperto, vi accoglie per piacevoli momenti di relax. Croissant e biscotti sono sempre sul bancone per i "tira tardi" o per uno spuntino veloce a metà mattina. Da non perdere ogni Venerdì dalle 17:00 alle 18:00 il "Tea Time" con pasticcini fatti in casa così come "L'aperitivo de Il Negresco" con open bar, tartine, spumante ed il famoso Bellini, entrambi offerti dalla Direzione.

Sale Conference: Il fatto di essere aperto tutto l'anno ha fatto si che Il Negresco diventasse una delle mete predilette da chi al Forte ci viene anche d'inverno per lavoro. Incontrarsi a Il Negresco per riunioni é possibile e gradevole grazie alla sala riunioni da 80 posti, dotata di entrata privata e decorata con trompe-l'oeil.

The Rooms: Of the 34 rooms, the front bedrooms offer a pleasant view over the beach of Versilia, while from the back bedrooms you can enjoy a view of the majestic peaks of the Apuan Alps. Many bedrooms have a terrace and all are comfortably furnished, with color satellite television, minibar, direct telephone, safe and marble bathroom. Some bedrooms are connected, with a common entrance, which enables family groups easy contact while maintaining their privacy.

Restaurant: At Il Negresco, all can count on carefully prepared, light, wholesome cooking, personally supervised by the Maitre. It is he who chooses the cuts of meat, the vegetables and the freshest fish, deciding what his guests will find in the restaurant menu which is seasonal, in the menu of the day, in that of the business lunches or for special events such as a gala dinner or a wedding.
The wines enhance the flavor of the dishes and at Il Negresco, it is possible to taste wines from both Tuscany and Liguria, in particular those of Cinqueterre. Amongst the Tuscany wines, the place of honor is given to those produced at the Fattoria del Buonamico of Montecarlo in Lucca. It is owned by the group to which Il Negresco belongs to, and it is famous in Italy and abroad for the "Fortino" (red) and the "Vasario e Cercatoia" (white).
If a good day starts with a good morning, at Il Negresco, the morning is full of delicacies and aromas. The buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant or on the terrace, arranged carefully and attractively, offering the best that can be offered to an international clientele.
With the aid of the relaxing atmosphere, the Italian, used to eating an espresso and croissant at the bar, cannot resist the temptation of a table laden with plain and filled croissants, chocolate and maize biscuits, white and brown bread, home made cakes, amongst which must be mentioned the plum cake, jam, loose or packed in single portions, cereals, fresh and hard cheeses, fresh fruit and fruit in syrup, fruit salad and fruit juices. And if the Italian cannot resist the temptation, the English, German and American guests are satisfied with an international breakfast with an Italian flavor.

Relax Area: In the front garden there is a swimming pool with hydromassage and solarium for those who prefer a quite atmosphere to the beach.
The Il Negresco American Bar, always open, awaits you for moments of relax. Croissants and biscuits are available on the counter for the late sleepers or for a snack in the morning. Not to be missed, every Friday, from 5:00 to 6:00 PM the Tea Time, with homemade pastries, and the "Aperitif" of Il Negresco, with open bar, sandwiches, sparkling wine and our famous Bellini cocktail, both complimentary.

Conference Rooms: Being open all the year round, Il Negresco has become one of the favorite destinations for those who come to the "Forte" even during the winter for work. It is possible and pleasant to meet at Il Negresco, thanks to the meeting room which seats 80 people, with private entrance and decorated with trompe l'oeil.
