La struttura, dalle linee moderne e dai colori mediterranei, è stata ridisegnata dall'architetto di fama mondiale Paolo Portoghesi (costruito inizialmente nel 1905, l'hotel è stato completamente ricostruito nel 1999 e ristrutturato nel 2000).
Con le sue 109 camere, tutte comode ed eleganti, la maggior parte con spaziose terrazze vista mare, l'hotel offre gradevoli opportunità sia per la vacanza che per il lavoro.
Durante l'estate, la "Dolce Vita" -la nostra spiaggia riservata-propone servizi esclusivi. Cabine doccia, ombrelloni e lettini, morbidi teli, campi da Beach Volley e da Basket.

L'intero primo piano è adibito a Centro Congressi con 9 sale conferenze di diversa grandezza, da 10 a 300 persone, tutte con vista sul mare.
Illuminate da luce naturale, dotate delle più moderne attrezzature, le sale possono essere adattate ed allestite per meeting, conferenze, seminari, banchetti e matrimoni.


Le Camere: 109 camere, comode ed eleganti.
La maggior parte con spaziose terrazze vista mare, suddivise in: Standard, Superior, Deluxe, Junior Suite e Suite.
Disponibili anche camere per non fumatori e per persone portatrici di Handicap.
Tutte le camere dispongono di televisione _Pay TV e Sat TV- angolo ufficio, presa modem, asciugacapelli, aria condizionata, minibar e cassaforte.

Facing the most famous beach of the Adriatic Sea and close to the city centre, it is also a departure point for itineraries following the magic of art and tradition.
The hotel's contemporary shapes, redesigned by the world famous architect Paolo Portoghesi (the hotel was first built in 1905, rebuilt in 1999 and refurbished in 2000), are modern and innovative.
With its 109 rooms, all comfortable and elegant, most of them with spacious terraces and sea view, the hotel offers nice opportunities both for fun and relax.
During the Summer, "La Dolce Vita" - our private beach - welcomes our guests offering sun umbrellas, soft beach towels, showers, comfortable sun beds, beach activities, such as Beach-volley and Basket fields.

All the first floor is dedicated to meetings and congresses with 9 modular meeting rooms from 10 to 300 people, all with panoramic view, lit by natural light and equipped with modern conference facilities and darkening curtains.
The rooms can be adapted whether you require meetings, conferences, seminars, cocktail parties, banquets or wedding receptions.
