Dove siamo:

Se arrivate in macchina, dirigetevi verso l’autostrada A9 e prendete la direzione Como-Chiasso sino all’uscita Como sud.
Poi basta seguire le indicazioni per il centro città, fino al n.1 di Piazza Cavour.
Dopo aver scaricato il bagaglio, potete sistemare la vostra macchina nel parcheggio del nostro Palace Hotel, a pochi metri di distanza. Non ne avrete più bisogno per il resto del soggiorno.

Accesso all'Hotel - nuova Zona a Traffico Limitato (ZTL)
Se raggiungete l'Hotel Barchetta in auto, l'accesso da Via Pretorio, Via Rodari e Piazza Roma è regolato dalla nuova ZTL di Como.
I nostri ospiti possono accedere senza alcun problema comunicando alla Polizia Locale, in caso di controllo, che sono nostri graditi clienti.
Al check in vi preghiamo di comunicare il modello e la targa dell'auto, onde evitare di incorrere in sanzioni. Grazie.

Se al vostro arrivo avete bisogno di un taxi dagli aeroporti, chiamateci e organizzeremo il trasferimento per voi.

Se arrivate in treno, il vostro riferimento è la stazione centrale di Como San Giovanni delle Ferrovie dello stato, che dista un quarto d’ora a piedi dall’albergo.
Se provenite da Nord (Germania e Svizzera), il vostro treno diretto a Milano probabilmente farà una fermata alla stazione di Como San Giovanni. Se invece venite da sud, dovete raggiungere prima Milano, e da lì prendere il treno per Como.
Como è collegata a Milano anche dalle Ferrovie nord.

Per esempio dall’aeroporto di Milano Malpensa potete utilizzare il Malpensa Express delle Ferrovie nord fino a Saronno, da dove cambiare in direzione Como Nord Lago. All’aeroporto di Milano Linate trovate l’autobus urbano n. 73 che vi porterà in Piazza San Babila. Da qui, utilizzando la metropolitana (linea M1/Rossa), arrivate sino alla fermata Cadorna, dove c’è la stazione delle Ferrovie nord. E qui prendete il treno in direzione Como Nord Lago.

Where we are:

If you’re coming by car, take the A9 motorway (autostrada) in the direction Como-Chiasso and take the exit Como Sud. Then simply follow the directions to the city centre and you’ll find the hotel in n.1 Piazza Cavour.
After leaving your bags, you can then park your car in the parking at our Palace Hotel, just a few metres away. You won’t be needing it for the rest of your stay.

Access to the Hotel - new Restricted Traffic Zone (RTZ)
We inform our guests that if arriving by car to the Hotel Barchetta Excelsior, the access from the streets named Via Pretorio, Via Rodari and Piazza Roma are now part of the new RTZ of Como.
Our guests have unrestricted access. If you should be stopped by the traffic wardens, please inform them that you are a client of the hotel.
Upon check in, we will need to register the model and the registration plate of your car, in order to avoid any fines. Thank you.

In arrival, if you need a taxi from the airports, just give us a call and we’ll arrange one for you.

If you’re coming by train, your point of reference is the central station of Como San Giovanni, which is only a 15 minute walk away from the hotel.
If you’re travelling from the north (Germany or Switzerland), your train destined for Milan, will probably stop at the Como San Giovanni Station, so you can simply get off there. 
However, if you’re coming from the south, you’ll need to go to Milan first and from there take another train to Como.
Como and Milan are connected by the northern line.

For example from Milan Malpensa airport, take the Malpensa Express on the northern line and change at Saronno, where you can take a train for Como Nord Lago.
From Milan Linate airport you’ll find the bus number 73 which will take you to Piazza San Babila. From there, take the metro (line M1/red) until the Cadorna stop. Here you’ll find the northern line station where you can take the train for Como Nord Lago.
